What if it worked like applying bleeds from a weapon skill, only this time players won’t have any way to avoid the DoTs except dodging the skill, you apply the well to one person and it will spread to nearby players. I know OP OP OP, but would it be that bad in the state the necro is in now to have at lease one good damage skill in PvP?

Unfortunately, the classes, PvP-wise, are balanced around sPvP, where small areas are constantly contested and arenas are smaller. I think that suggestion buffs Necro AoE way too much to ever be implemented.
