What exactly constitutes a ‘Vamp-mancer’? I’ve seen the title tossed around a few times, and I want to make sure the (bad) build idea I had hasn’t already been concocted.

that is my vampiricmancer build for 10 months. I started to use this build in 1v1 map of Super and never lost a match . Then super banned soldier amulet on his map i remember clearly. After 2 month mm build was nerfed by anet and mm builds was forgotten but i think it is still so powerful!
