Hybrid build Sinister armor with runes of undead – Sentinel jewelry – zerker GS, Sinister Scepter/dagger

CPC, Epidemic, YAAW, Plague elite

Curses: 3,1,3
Reaper: 2,3,2
Soul Reaping: 1,2,3

So I have no idea on the rotation between GS and Reaper. Right now I just don’t see a reason to use GS except for the utility of blind and pulling. Is it because of the build I’m running or what?

This build doesn’t really fit with GS. In general the GS is a slow, but hard hitting weapon which does best at finishing people/pressuring people, so basically a power necro would do much better.

I’d say the Reaper in general is better suited for a very offensive build, if you want to go for a mixed build, I’d just stick to DS.
