If there isn’t a place then please tell me some of the best builds for both PvP and WvW.

I should probably mention that I enjoy using a staff and in the other set I enjoy using a dagger and warhorn so I would like builds that fit to that though i’m willing to compromise.

Let me suggest the above. Metabattle constantly battles against other people thinking they are smarter than the originators of the build (whilst sometimes they are, other times its just annoying to see someone constantly change your build because they don’t know your reasoning.)
