Where to get "Knight's" gear?
You can craft it, buy it on trading post, it can drop, probably some karma vendors around who sell it as well.
Knight’s pieces cost 1.5 – 3.5 gold pieces each on the black lion trading post. You can also find them in various dungeons (i.e. Arah I believe has a knights build.)
Yeah, I know I can craft..I dont really like the look of the crafted.
And as you said, Arah is the only other set that has the stats I want, and looks pretty good.

Well you can always transmute it to light armor armor you like once you have the knight pieces you.
