For the purpose of 400 toughness trait, what is considered channeling? Anything with a cast bar or what?

I think there’s a few more than that, anything that brings up the progress bar while casting I want to say is channeling. Right?

From what I gather now, casting =/= channeling. Channeling starts effects immediately and continues until over/interrupted. Casting effects only happen if you finish.
