You say you want feedback, yet you chose to completely ignore the tons of feedback the necromancer community has provided over the years.
You make changes nobody asked for, still blind to the REAL problems the necromancer class has. I have lost the little faith i had in this so called “dev team”, and i am not sure anymore what we can do to make you listen to us.

I expect they are being conservative with necro due to how decently balanced they are in wvw/pvp.
Necro is the only class in the game that falls incredibly short in one aspect of the game but does well in others, thus probably complicates the balancing of the class. Anet seem hung up on the pvp/wvw aspect of things and are overlooking pve, which sucks majorly for us
Lol necro is good at wvw zergs and that is nothing special. This class has serious issues and I think they actually like rubbing our faces in the mud.
They absolutely listen to us, where do you think Foot in the Grave being a stun break, or merging wells into one trait came from? The devs have listened quite a lot to Necros actually, sometimes for the worse (like original Dhuumfire), and often for the better.

So… after circa 3 years of the game being out they are just NOW made Foot in the Grave (which is a relatively new trait) a stun break? And merging wells into one trait is a moot point since most of the builds that would support it are all over the place and are frankly rather caddywompus.
Also just want to mention, Necro minion AI is still broken and unusable. Regardless of how much they “listen” to us they have not and probably will not fix the AI. Not to mention, minion AI has been broken for as long as I can remember and at this point we all just accept this fact that one of the main core mechanics to the necromancer is useless.
Back to your point, while they throw necros some breadcrumbs here and there, all in all the devs at ANet would rather cater to the engineers and the elementalists. Do they care about necros? Maybe, but not enough to give us meaningful change.

Dhuumfire’s original change was asked for, as was the first change to it, and the previewed change. Terror’s various changes were all asked for, staff marks being larger base, reanimator being merged, DM getting new minors, Axe Training going to master tier, both of weakening shroud’s changes (to and now from casting Enfeebling Blood), and a whole host of other things. They have listened to us a LOT, and the lack of speed isn’t unique to necromancer.

Minion AI has been addressed at least twice directly, and is most likely going to be addressed again with HoT.
We ask for better group utility for YEARS and are basically ignored. It has not even been acknowledged this is an issue. That’s pretty cold.
Honestly, this is part of why I moved to FF14. The balance there is SO MUCH BETTER. Every class does it’s thing in different ways, and yet they are all desired for various reasons.

Many games do balance better. GW2 is still a very fun game…
