Why do I become a male
For the same reason when Charr use Lich Form they suddenly become human. Time and effort going into making multiple lich form models was better spent else where.

Which is why it would have been better to make the model for lich form more of a universal model and not so obviously male and human/norn.
Because it is a transformation spell, why does it seem so strange that when you transform into something else, you actually become something else…
I think Bhawb has something there… I mean I have a Charr necromancer and he turns into a CLOUD OF BUG THINGS when I use plague form. As much as a cloud of tiny charr would be hilarious, I don’t think that’s in the making there. Same holds true for Lich: Only currently documented liches in GW are human in origin.
