Let us see if we can make a sword Arenanet might approve of.

3 strikes every 2 seconds
400 health per hit
1 second blind on the first hit
1 second chill on the second hit
2 bleeds on the third hit
slot 2 skill – razor’s edge adds 6 bleeds plus 200 damage on a 25 second CD
slot 3 skill – blinding headache adds 1 second daze on a 35 second CD and 1100 damage
