I have returned to the game a couple of weeks back to find a new skill added to my necro! But oh… I can’t unlock it for some reason? maybe it’s a bug? I have many skill points to spend on it but for some reason it just sits there in my skill tree with no way to unlock it!! Is it a bug, or was it introduced in one of the previous living stories and had to play it to unlock it? Either way it should be removed for people who didn’t unlock it because it’s just staring at me from my skill tree saying “UNLOCK MEEEEEE, DON’T LEAVE ME GREYED OUT!” Anybody got some answers please?:D

Well digital deluxe not collectors edition, but ye if i would be more pedantic then it would really annoy me that theres grey skill that i cant unlock, which is cheap tactic for selling more deluxe editions.

Don’t worry it’s only good as a gimmick.

The skill is just about as strong as a racial (as in mostly useless), so no they aint forcing you to buy the heroic/deluxe edition.

Given Anet’s awesome policy of ‘you can’t pay to win’ – and the fact there’s no monthly fee and yet their servers are good and there’s new content every 2 weeks – I’m totally happy with them advertising the heroic/deluxe edition.

I’ll be buying gems shortly just to give them money for being awesome. The fact I can use them to buy cosmetic stuff is just a bonus.

You do know you can upgrade to the deluxe edition with game gold by buying gems right? There’s no need to QQ about “things being pushed on you when you don’t want them”. Simply save up the gold and buy it if it bothers you that much.

It isn’t even a good skill, nobody uses that. It’s more like pay2lose situation.

Is that the reason why i got both of Jorys skins with gold to gem conversion despite being at 0 gold 3 days ago because i got 500 toxic samples, spore backpiece and hybrid/too lazy to farm keys(i did buy for money the gathering tool for a alt but thats just because im too lazy).

Don’t worry it’s not better than your ordinary flesh golem in any way. I have not used it like.. ever.

Like others have said… the skill isn’t worth it.
Now that being said, it’s odd you never saw it before since it has been in your skillpage since launch.. kind of strange to be annoyed by it now

Pretty much this. Champs drop your Flesh Golem pretty quickly, but the mistfire wolf has already unloaded its damage by then, so its rapid death doesn’t mean much..
