Not able to find any documentation on this. Does the weakness application on critical hits have an internal cool down? Not able to go test this yet in the mists, but if anyone knows the answer, I’ll be grateful. If you can also point me to the source of the info (including actual tests), that would help indeed!

I decided I was a bit tired of thieves and rangers dodging around everywhere and want to take care of that.

Here you go notice that on the “tooltip” thing it has on the right there is a 20s ICD. So yes, you can only apply it to one target every 20 seconds. I’d highly suggest you aim for other sources of weakness. Dagger OH, Staff 3/4 combo, poison field/bone minions, Weakening Shroud, CPC, pretty much everything is better tbh.

Might stacking from players is so abundant that even Path of Corruption is a better source of weakness AND it gets rid of a lot of damage.

Withering Precision is sadly just not good at all.

And yeah, Path of Corruption is a pretty dang nice trait. If they have Might, it’ll flip it to Weakness, which is obviously good- but it can also eat any Vigor that they might have.

It got a double dip nerf.

It’s a shorter duration than others Weakness. Then a 20sec CD (that doesn’t line up with DS CD just to be frustration.)

Back before the weakness changes, I could stack perma weakness with my wvw build, sadly now it’s a useless trait, Path of corruption is extremely useful to any (non pve) build.
