As the title says, Anet mentioned a necro burning trait. Seeing how necros currently have their dps capped by bleed stacks in condition builds, I am all for this burning trait. Would be nice to know whether or not this is still being implemented.
Its in the leaked patch notes and is basically guaranteed to be in the patch this coming Tuesday.

I would trust this over those “patch notes” any day. That said, burning for necros is indeed something that is coming on Tuesday.
