I plan on making a condi build that mains in bleeding, and would like some help building it. Yes I know building a build around one condition isn’t smart, but I will also be using the condi damage/duration for other conditions too, but I would like the main damage to be from bleeding.

Well I wouldn’t ever run that build but it could work. I’d recommend stacking a torment sigil for the extra cover condition. Also a sigil of corruption is to good to pass up in wvw.

Conditions do not stay long in WvW. One thing Necro is good for is piling on conditions faster than they can be removed. Try approaching the build like that. Going for max bleed kind of ignores other aspects of the profession. I would not bother with scepter. It has shorter range and a lot less AoE than staff. Trying to focus down one person in a milti-target battle is not easy. I like to switch between staff fully traited and dagger warhorn with wells traited, too, else minions in small groups.
