I used to use a similar build but eventually decided that wells are garbage. I like corruptions skills much better. Consume conditions is probably one of the best heals in the game for any profession (at least any of the professions i play) and compliments very well with the bleeds from BiP/corrupt boon and epidemic. Epidemic and corrupt boon are incredibly useful in wvw. find that guardian or ele or mesmer with the most boons on them, corrupt those boons, epidemic, watch the little white numbers fly. for 3rd utility, i usually use something with movement speed. signet of locust or spectral walk. But these are just my opinions. (oh just remembered. sometimes i take bone minions, just to blast finish them in water fields for AoE healing or fire fields for might)
If you go this route, take off the targeted wells and put 20% cd reduction on corruption skills. everything else seems fine besides master trait in Blood. maybe change that to 50% effective health siphon. Blood magic is decent healing if you keep yourself topped off with regen at all times.
my well evaluations:
Consume Conditions>Well of Blood
CC gives condi removal and is a strong heal on a 25 sec CD. also, removes poison before healing, which is great. Well of blood would be better if it were a water field instead of light, but i understand why it is what it is. also WoB has a 45 sec CD and only removes conditions when blasted.
Corrupt Boon>Well of Corruption (debatable)
CB takes all condi’s off and doesn’t require the person to be a baddie noob and stand in your well for 6 seconds. that’s my stand on it.
Well of Suffering
great well, but better scaling with power rather than condition damage. there are better options, imo.
Well of Darkness
actually a really good skill and might be worth taking. especially if you take the first tier major trait to cause chill on blindness. I always take this on my dagger build.
