Wvw necro condi build help
Spite does almost no damage and people cleanse it really fast. It also has a huge tell. Epidemic is very situational. Plague does no damage, and you can now get easily inmobilized and cc’ed through it, which will make you die. Offhand dagger is really slow but has an extra transfer and an AoE. Warhorn provides swiftness, life force, and an interrupt. Both are ok.
Necro isn’t going to be killing boon heavy comps for you in WvW, because they can cleanse and boon spam faster than you corrupt. If you want to run necro, your team needs to be prepared to babysit you.

Roaming and zerging have different builds. Roaming is closer to PvP using corruption and conditions. Your rabid set will work well enoughfor that. Zerging is a staff, power-wells build people often use soldier’s or valkyrie but not condition damage.
Necromancer elites kind of suck for WvW. Plague does nothing but delay being downed. It should come with super speed. Lich is like a big, green target and is also useless. It should give fury to allies and the auto attack should be a blast finisher. Wandering flesh golem gets confused so often it ought to proc’ an AoE stun when it bumps into a target.
I run spite curse and reap for my lines with trailblazer armor and rabid everything else. Afflicted runes, hydro sigil and ice sigil. With all the chill output you will have a simultaneous burst of chill/bleed/vuln in addition to corrupted boons from spiteful signets and any other condis applied from weapon and util skills.
As for elite, i just run the shout. :/
