Seeing how so many of use use Epidemic, please share how and when you like to use it.

Grasping Dead (Scepter 2)
Enfeebling Blood (Dagger 5)

Epidemic——>Deathly Swarm (Dagger 4)

I also use it on single target when I want to transfer 3 stacks of vulnerability say on a Veteran or Champion.

2 Enfeebling Blood
3 Corrosive Cloud (I think that is what it is called)
4 Blood is Power
5 Deathly swarm
6 Epidemic

Goodbye pack of mobs. I also have the trait that leaves a mark of blood when I dodge so I dodge into the corrosive cloud for good measure.

That is pretty much my setup as well, although ds enfeeble and MoB will make the cut somewhat frequently.

I started getting the hang of :

Staff —> MoB —> BiP —> Putrid —> DS--DP —> MoB —> Sceptre —>Grasp-→Enfeeb—>Epidemic.

18 stacks of bleed + pretty much 25 if any of the aoe’s hit everyone else as well, plus nice long chill/snare/weakness and all that good stuff.

For the most part it’s overkill, but I just do it for practice.
