I made a thread like this for ele, but I played my Necro just as much, so I’d like to hear what this community has to say.
Personally, I liked us best at HoT launch, before they buffed chill twice and then destroyed it. Necromancer before HoT was garbage. I literally used Spectral Walk to go underneath Rata Sum before the patch where they removed its unique function, and I parked my Necro there, waiting for a miracle. HoT answered that miracle. Early HoT was the most fun I’ve had with my Necro.

You and me both. Beta release reaper was beautiful. Everything we could ever want…but then esports ruined us.

When they first allow spectral skills LF generation effect to work while in shroud and there were no ICD. I’ll never forgot these 2 wonderfull weeks.

I really loved early HoT power reaper but I would be lying if I said condi build is any worse. Getting a good epidemic is always so satisfying and having tons of minions is a lot of fun. So I really like necro’s now. The only thing I hope for is that they’d make chill a stacking condi and deathly chill back to what it was.

My Necro has remained the same for 4 years, through weakness and health. So if you were to ask me, which time was best for you and your Necro, I would say…. ALL THE TIME! So…… woop woop for me?!

In Beta when “Rise” gave you Jagged Horrors and Soul Eater gave all your attacks life steal whilst using a Greatsword.
