build for WvW
This all depends on your group setup. I really love my conditionmancer. My spec is 10/30/30/0/0. I know some people will say oh hey, why do you run so much toughness? Shouldn’t you run more power? Because Rune of the Undead that’s why. I am running full Rabid and maxing up toughness, only makes my conditions hit harder because of my runes. I run scepter dagger, staff, with corrupt boon, epidemic(a must for group play) and Locust. I only run Locust because it is nice to have the passive speed buff and it helps with kiting.
With the group I run with I will get full stacks of might, full condition weapon stacks, and running food… My bleeds hit for 201 if the wind blows correctly. I can get 18 stacks on if I get my rotation correct, then I epidemic.

I’m sure you went 30 in DM for the traits and not just because of the extra toughness to combo +15 cond dmg with undead…?
i started playing WvW with guild group and i noted i can do some crit damge but im not really usefulll for the group soooo i need a build that will be usefull
What do you mean by guild group? Are you talking about smaller engagements 5-20 players or larger scale 20-50+? Builds and plays styles will vary if your looking to maximize your effectiveness. Also you many want to look into what type of comp this guild group runs, this can effect what skills you might want to bring to the table.
Personally I feel for smaller engagements condi is king but for larger ones power is the way to go, this is debatable of coarse and not always the case but its a good rule of thumb.
Zikory – Retired Thief
Zikkro – Zergling Necromancer
If you’re going to be doing smaller group fights, a Well build might work well for you (will also work fine in zergs). The traits are variable, you can take most combinations and do well based on if you’re looking more towards survivability or tankiness – I personally use 0/25/25/20/0 or 10/0/20/30/0 depending on the role my group needs me to fill. I’m using Knight’s helm, coat and leggings with the rest Berserker. I take Cavalier rings, accessories and backpiece with either Berserker+Valkyrie or Knight’s for the amulet. I didn’t opt for PVT as Necros already have a nicely-sized HP pool, as well as Death Shroud, so I decided to spec heavily into toughness for my defense.
Weapons are Berserker’s staff, and a choice of Berserker’s Axe/Warhorn or Scepter/Warhorn. I find Scepter to be a better choice in smaller engagements but I prefer axe in zergs due to the boon stripping and retaliation. Utilities are Well of Corruption, Well of Suffering, and your choice for the final utility (I prefer Signet of the Locust or Spectral Walk for more mobility, as necros have no innate mobility).

Right, there are some really good traits in DM that compliment staff as well as Terror from Curses. Plus it doesn’t hurt to have all that toughness while being in close for group fights or dropping into Plague and having ridiculous toughness.
I also use Chilling Darkness, it is real good for spamming 2 while in Plague. The AOE blind is OP enough and throwing a spammable chill in there is even more OP. The reason I use that Chilling Darkness instead of say, hemophilia, is that there are so many condition removal abilities in WvW, bleeds rarely stay on until their duration is finished. Also it’s nice to have that slow when you are trying to escape. Another plus is for OH dagger 4. Blind, chill and condition transfer is pretty OP.
