well i used plague sig before the patch, loved it, hugged it, people hated me when i used it. but i swear i can see it fail now.. can blind prevent it from transferring? if so can anet at least make blind 100% transferable since it is handed out like candy to the other classes now?

i thought i missed my plague signet a couple of days earlier too =/
and i was loaded with condi at that time

maybe it depends on luck now if the blind is transferred if you got more than 5 condi on you.

People can random dodge your xfers

Yeah random dodges are the only reason I ever lose to trap rangers, which is pretty rare, but still all they do is dodge while their condis eat you.

Blind will stop the transfers on dagger 4 and staff 4.
