This skill reminds me of death pull from Death Knights class from World of Warcraft.

(Also believe the paladin themed class from Aion has this as well)

So lets buff it like so.

Perhaps its best is this is target based instead of its current method. Or make it camera view point aim instead of character’s facing.

Also how about adding a ending root effect to counter server side lag for chaining this with melee attacks. A short root.

Hmm that skill felt bugged to me but i never did consider that it is similar to dark path teleport/lag wich is weird considering its range.

Not sure what you mean with camera view point i’m using keyboard + mouse and never had issues targeting stuff can see the problem if you are clicking but then again you can always just click on something to fire it in right direction.

Slave Snares: Shadowy chains appear from the hilt of your greatsword with barbed fittings on the end. You whirl forward ensnaring anyone you damage pulling them along with you.

Effectively the Warrior’s Whirlwind Attack that will pull anyone it hits along for the ride. You can increase the whirl distance to 600 so range stays the same.
