coverting lifeforce to hp
Guardians will cry.
Lifeforce builds up really quick, so it will be waaay better than life stealing. To it to be suitable, the class skill that convert LF to HP should have a big cooldown or something like that.
We are trying to change DS to fix what the update broke. Instead of it, revert it to how it was. :‘( I still don’t know which was the problem with the way DS worked.

From a Dev point of view: Necromancer are not allowed to have both dmg and survival at the same time. That’s reserved to guardians/warrior/mesmers/elementalists/thieves and if they are in the mood, for rangers and engineers but NEVER for necromancers.
Be glad to have DS (and Dhummfire) at all. That’s more than enough to beat any other class, even if they have ridiculous high dmg and survival skills at the same time.
