im afraid i dont know what quality it is let alone what it called.

what i DO know is it basically looks like a bandage that criss crosses over the eyes makin the necro look blind. ive looked all over and i cant seem to find it (eother that or its hiding right infront of me)

would some1 be so kind as to point me in the right direction to make my conditionmancer look kitten?

Pretty sure what you’re looking for is the light ‘named’ exotic set. Depending on the stats you want, its exact name changes.
