highest bleed necromancer build?
Seems like fun. I’ll try it out. Why CPC over Epidemic, though?
Replace Signet of Spite with Epidemic and place those points in the Spite Tree anywhere else.

epidemic sucks. and i have played gw2 for 260 hours. i saw epidemic only 1 ~ 2 times.(but those guys who used epidemic died more easily than anyone. it is why i dont select epidemic. and when i use it, i see i don’t kill many enemies. epidemic is just childish noob skill.). and epidemic is just weak with low chance killing enemies. i can replace CPC for pure bleed build. but all other skills seem just weak. i select those 3 skills because only those 3 skills have high damage. and i don’t see any skill that is higher damage than signet of spite. just look at necromancer traits. 20% signet recharge faster increases speed. it means more higher damage. there is no more skill or trait you can do more damage. and i see i use signet of spite very often in game. why would you replace it? i will challenge the highest damage for the last attempt because everything was lame with bugs. i don’t care enemy gets many boons. if i do highest damage, i can kill everyone. i realized boons are not strong at all. i see many people who get as many boons as possible. but i see they just die like noobs.

Can you explain to me how the only AoE ability in the game that can literally stack max conditions on people and CANNOT BE AVOIDED is for noobs?
Its literally the only AoE in the game u cant avoid (although maybe if the person u cast it on dodges when it hits other than that its GG)
You can use it Out of Line of Sight for siege
It has a 15 second cooldown and did I mention the conditions dont have to be from you?

I say if you are using epidemic and not getting many kills, your using it at horrible times with low stacks of conditions on enemies. Epidemic is not some skill to be used when soloing, it is a skill to be used when a target is being focused by multiple people, and has stacks of multiple conditions on them. Epidemic also gets its cooldown reduced when you trait into the 20% reduced cooldown on corruption skils (don’t remember the trait name). Imagine that same target already having stacks from being focused, you use the skill to turn all there boons into conditions, your signet that applies all conditions on them, and then epidemic it to all the nearby enemies. Epidemic is not weak, only the user of it at times when it should not be used makes it seem weak.

ok. you are strong with with epidemic. but i am weak with epidemic. even if it has short recharge and it attacks many people, it is weak. once play PVP. i saw epidemic only 1~2 times in PVE and PVP for 260 hours.

i killed many people with signet of spite than epidemic. because it has cripple and a lot of condition damage. i never think everything i experienced in game is fake. people who use epidemic were not strong like your theory.
If you’re using this build for PvP, replace Signet of Spite with Plague Signet so you have a stun break. Signet of Spite doesn’t do nearly enough to make up for its huge cooldown.
In PvE, if you aren’t comfortable with Epidemic, pick literally ANY other skill and you’ll do better than with Signet of Spite. I guarantee it.
Epidemic is great if you find a guardian who buffs himself and you can use corrupt boon and then can spread the whole pack. The same goes if you can stack your stuff.
However, the downside is you need:
1. To build up the debuffs (and lately I got the feeling they get cleansed terribly often)
2. The enemy needs to be in one place
3. (in case you use corrupt boon: the frikkin thing doesn’t just nothing)
Well, if that’s not the case epidemic is mediocre or outright worthless.
