can you heal em like ranger pets or do they simply die and you need to resummon?
if its the 2nd one, does it work like that with flesh golem too? cuz itd suck to summon your flesh golem, get it one shotted by champion and has the full cooldown before you cna summon again

also is full minion master build viable?

You can’t heal them conventionally through a shared 6 button, nor do they regenerate health out of combat. Yet you can heal them the normal way through abilities such as a traited Life Transfer, Well of Blood and Mark of Blood.

Minions are generally there to be sacrificed, with half of their commanded abilities blowing them up to harm the enemy or heal you and the like.

Minion Master is viable as a leveling build and can put out okay damage when combined with your own. I can’t comment on how useful it is in instances at high level as I’ve never tried it there, however in PvP I’d not recommend it. The AI is too daft and half of the other professions can AoE all of them down in half a seconds worth of burst and that’s the end of all your non-weapon skills.

I wouldn’t recommend them in dungeons either. They will die almost instantly in dungeons. Its really only viable for leveling.

They don’t. A major pet class with weak pets and no pet UI with terrible AI

most dungeons have fights where the bosses “or even the normal monsters” spout massive ae’s that shred the pets in seconds.

even turrets arent super viable in most dungeon situations for the same reason.

Staff #2 ability heals all that are in the area when the mark is activated. I keep my minions alive with it (when I’m running MM).

Minion master is wonderful for leveling. Minions tend to suffer in dungeons due to wild AOE. in any fight where the boss has a single target disable it’s useful though. for example: [spoiler]in the fight with alpha in crucible of eternity, his crystal prison will periodically be cast on your minions instead of allies. [/spoiler]
