kind of armor (allrounder)
Zerker. You won’t want to make another ascended back, so you might as well go with the one stat that is guaranteed to always be usable in some form. It isn’t possible for any stat set to outdo zerker in terms of raw physical dps, so its going to be useful for at least 1 build on any character.

it was hell of expensive
I believe you mean “hella expensive”, though the intent still came through clearly enough.
I would also recommend berserker unless you’re going to specifically running a condition build. Even if you have to get a different set for your condition builds, having the back piece still as berseker’s won’t be a giant inconvenience.
You could also always work on another ascended back piece. They will take time, and possibly money, but will only ever need one of them for each stat combination.
Fractals is a particularly good place to work on them if you want to keep your expenditures down, although you will need to do quite a lot of fractal runs to build up enough tokens for an ascended back piece (1850 tokens, I believe), and even then you can only have a few select stat combos from the fractal ones.
You can also get one from the Mawdrey item from the living story season 2 stuff for another ascended back piece, although that can take a fair bit of money if you’re not keen on farming materials.
At the end of the day, your back piece is not a big contributer to your stats as far as gear is concerned, despite the amount of time and resources needed to acquire them, so you shouldn’t worry too much about it.
If nothing else, just build one of the crafting discipline backpacks for your condi build and stick a gem or something in them. They will give you almost the same stats as an ascended for a fraction of the cost (i.e. Ambrosial Chef Backpack with rabid stats and Medallion of the Rabid in it).
