my necro build in wvw
You seem to be running some type of hybrid build, and I am not sure how well that works in wvw. I thought about a celestial ranger for wvw, but most were skeptical regarding it, and ranger sword/axe/shortbow look more like a hybrid weapon than the necro main hand or 2h options aside from the staff.
You have some zerker gear, some dire, some celestial, some knight’s, some rampager.
So you end up with relatively low power (1800 or so) and low condition damage (700). Scepter is generally viewed as a condition weapon as it main attacks are bleeds and you have low level of condition damage.
My view is go condition with some combo of rabid/dire and scepter/x or go power with some combination of zerker/knights/valk/soldiers.
The good thing I find with scepter, even in a hybrid build, is that it throws out so many conditions that it seems to keep the enemy under pressure, regardless of the damage. I don’t think I’d run this for a group or zerg, and I’m not sure how well it would work against more than one opponent if you’re solo. The high crit chance should allow decent additional condi sigil procs for even more pressure. Unless you really need the staff cd, I’d throw those 2 points towards the dark path corruption and grab foot in the grave over the crit chance in ds. Never underestimate the power of corrupt boon also. I’d advise that over one of the sigils. Basically, try it and tailor it towards your playstyle! Screw meta builds!

What do you mean seem, its obviously a fairly balanced hybrid lol.
Nothing really wrong with it, but if it meet any tanky condition spec its going get crushed. I would try it as is with consume conditions. Locust signet is crap but if you’re not running travellers, dual specced daggers or got boon duration coming out of your nose its hard to go around it.
