I’d go with this build, lots of ds, weakness, area/res denial, stomp/res security (blind/stability). Amulet zerk/assassins or cleric, and if not many condi users on enemy team switch off dagger for warhorn (cone unblockable interrupt and wh#5)
Its far from meta but if youre just toying around, it works best with bunker guard as a dou bunker team that takes ages to kill, can slowly get and hold a cap BUT can rezz each other in case one gets caught out – which can happen very fast for necro. Forest and kylo best maps cz small nodes.

Others for solo are traveler/speed, anything with boon or regen duration or cleanse that makes you live longer.
Your main job beside staying alive and rezzing is setting up a fear off point into an dagger immobilize.
Keep weakness, poison, chill on target, interupt, transfer condis when needed. The rest is getting dagger#2 full chanel for heal on CD and spaming1 for lifeforce.
