perplexity runes nerfed / broken?
Bug it has been confirmed that fear no longer counts as an interrupt even if it does. I doubt it’s a change it makes no sense.

Yes, I have been away the last couple of weeks and limited before that but confirmed it on my gear last night. It certainly takes the fun out of interrupting.

Yes. This bug only affects fear.

But either way it’s pretty dumb to take plexity runes just for warhorn.

It is almost guaranteed a bug considering they made the change to have it count as an interrupt on purpose. If anyone has PTSD from Putrid Mark though, I completely understand, and we’re here to help.
I am hoping it is just an oversight, not a stealth nerf. It is not like Necro can apply confusion directly. We have to interrupt a skill just to get the runes to proc’ then wait for the cool down. Fears were a bit less than half my confusion proc’s because I would have to switch to staff, if it was off CD, or jump into DS, first. Fears are heavily gated to begin with. Adding another gate to time the fear for an interrupt increased the challenge but it made event farming more interesting.
We can apply confusion directly! Not efficiently but we can!

Lmao I did notice I try to get some confusion using Staff AA when it’s out and I even wish I got conditions on me so I can get chaos armor lol, I still prefer corruption retaliation or simply transferring confusion. This bug is irritating I was just about to mix perplexity,dhumfire and terror.
