Guild Wars 2

the last few times i’ve used this on a player (and a champ mob) it seems to not transfer anything. neither time did the player or champ evade. can anyone else verify?

Obstructed? Blocked by an aegis/skill?

I haven’t used Plague Signet in a while but I think this used to happen on occasion. Of course I’ve been gone since Oct so take it with a grain of salt.

Try testing it out with the NPCs in the HotM to make sure it just wasn’t a fluke. I’m at work or I’d do it myself.

Plague aint unblockable, nor immune to blind, also you need to be withing a 60 angle (30 each side of where you are facing) for it to really go off.
