Conditions or power for high fractals? I have viper full armor but in a high fractals (lvl 65?), where the conditions applied to myself that my skills to have more CD Depressed me……as my build is based on cloud corrosive etc…¿berserker or Valkyrie build is better for high fractals?

Power builds should be fine now in higher level fractals. I’ve been running it with no problems.

Zerk will serve your best in terms of dps, unless your party is well organised and can always provide you with discipline banner and fury (then valk can be better with the right nourishment).
