situation: An event is occurring with lots of people killing lots of thing faster then me which weapon will help me contribute more and maximize my exp. I am currently traited with blood and curses i am level 17.

My condition build seems to work well soloing but not when i need to keep up with killing. I use a scepter and dagger and the weapon change is staff usually.

My minions die fast, Nemesis seems to make them sound viable but so far at this level i spend most of my time re summoning them: are they ever viable or is another build better for leveling?

Any suggestions for killing faster in groups, condition builds dont do it

I tend to use staff, put down the marks as often as you can, use DS Ability 5 as often as you can as well (when multiple enemies are around) thats what i do, seems to work pretty well and i can even get Gold in events for content that is upwards of 5 levels higher then i am

I find that massive AoE spam on my necro gets me credit for everything usually.

Scepter #2 > Dagger #5 > Staff #2 > Staff #3 > Well of Suffering.

..you’ll not only get credit but you’ll probably do the most overall damage in that group too. If they are veterans/champions feel free to throw in Epidemic afterwards to basically double your bleed stacks on everyone.

Using Epidemic is good when timed well. Normally target the main “boss” and wait for any one around to get close enough before spamming the marks and popping Epidemic

and don’t forget ds #4 just run into the group of enemies and press that button while running back to the group of players, you’ll have tagged most if not all enemies and you’ll have done very decent damage even at lower levels, add to that your wells as well and you’ll be doing very high damage

other than that, as mentioned, scepter #2 and dagger #5 are your friends, dagger #4 as well since i hops to multiple targets if you want to just tag them
