suggested necromancer changes want feedback
the blood magic one won’t happen as death magic is suppose to be minion line only… besides we don’t need more minions when we can already produce 15 of them rather easily.
As for the others, they don’t really need to be touched either. What it seems like is you want to kitten it and make it OP. Necro and Reaper are in a good place right now, no need to screw it up.
Personnally, I’d say “no” to everything, but you want feedback so :
Rending claw : putting some LF gen on it would certainly be wonderfull, however it’s too much LF gain and LF is way more needed in condi build than in power build atm.
Spectral claw : seem like you change nothing.
Spectral grasp : this is a spectral skill not an axe skill. Not sure that the trade would be good enough on the long run.
Reaper touch : unneeded change. It’s better to not have unneeded change.
Unholy fervor : Axe do not do a lot of damage already and you even want it to lose more the little extra that the trait gave us. Overall, if what you suggest benefit the reaper, it doesn’t do any good to the profession as a whole.
Spectral attunment : the trait is beyond OP, no thanks.
Vampiric ritual : again, something unneeded.
I think GS needs adressing much more then Axe or Focus. atleast u can hit a player with Axe and Focus where the only thing u hit a players thats somewhat AWAKE on GS is Nightfall. That its good for PvE dosent concern me at all, this game is for PvE and PvP and we was given a weapon that cant hit a player thats chained to a post… really do something to that first.

So it’s just sub-par or bad all around. Now, it’s fun in PVE but that doesn’t make it good.
Yea well it needs change much more the above suggestions, cause atm we have an entire 5-skill weapon that is useless.

Same can be said in WvW and PvP. The attacks are slow and clumsy to the point that every move is easily dodged. If you run GS in those two game modes, you only do it for fun or to give a rival a handicap. It is really that sad of a weapon for us that we might as well not even have it.
Spectral attunement yea does need balancing you can add your own suggestion I made a change too I think will help.

Also spectral attunement is a good trait. It only falls short because you have to give up vp for it and a full spectral build is not good currently (which could change if we good a spectral heal and some buffs to spectral walk like removel of cripple, chill and immobilise and maybe a shorter cd).
I don’t see them adding chill to Unholy Fervor happening. Since it came up (but I think it was in relation to Axe #3), I wish they would fix the pathing for Spectral Grasp to make it more reliable as it can easily be strafed.

Ahh sorry i am used to calling spectal mastery spectral attunement because in the past there were 2 spectral traits and spectral attunement was the more rememberable one. See https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Spectral_Attunement

I think Reaper’s Touch for focus 4 would be great if it was a tether similar to dragon hunter f1 that gave me regen and either chilled or crippled the enemy. When activated once tethered, it roots. My biggest issue with power necro that I have is that my enemies always run away. If axe had a pull on it as well, I’d be in heaven!

would the tether pulse damage or would it be one bit hit?
I’d say projectile damage on initial contact, and pulses regen and the chill/cripple. Having it as a tether and removing the useless bouncing would give focus a HUGE benefit at longer ranges where it’s supposed to shine. As it sits, the bounces only shine at close range IF they aren’t obstructed by terrain… having a 1200 range doesn’t make sense in its current state.
