whats better for pve ? and where i can get trinkets ? thx a lot for any help

Viper’s. You can craft Viper’s exotic trinkets with Jewelcrafting. You can get Ascended Viper’s amulet from completing achievements for Part 4 of HoT story and other ascended stuff random drop in Spirit Vale raid wing.

There’s no Viper’s backpiece yet afaik, so Rabid/other condi damage main stat should do.

Viper as Rym say.
But also why give you a lot of condition duration, that is the best for dungeon, fractal and raid bosses.

Viper is expensive right now because of black Diamond pricing but it is the best armor for condition dependent builds.

Short of that, you can use sinister for builds with Curses, Berserker for power-crit builds, or others. Just make sure to match traits and weapons to armor (or vice versa).
