Consume Condition: currently best heal we have
should stay universal as is just like shelter

Vampire signet: currently useless
active- needs so have the icd apply ONLY to ur teammates so necro can take advantage of the skill also syngerize with axe due to multi hit mechanics
passive- needs higher healing or lower icd

Well of Blood: currently too weak
this skill needs to either massively increase the heal pulse OR pulse condi removal, it simply cant compete with consume condition (even if consume condition is 30second untraited and 10 vuln)

Plague:
should have been a mobile well that allows well trait to affect it -siphon health(maybe protection)

Lich:
should have been the corruption skill- it fits the theme and it actually have a condition removal- the duration should stay 20 sec or 25 seconds.
if the 5th skill become a aoe condition transfer then we can see playability with condimancers as well

axe: rending claw needs cleave like the underwater trident skill

wtb: plague blast on land

Life blast should hit twice and have its damage halfed
If Rocket Charge is only 2 leaps then it should look like 2 leaps
True Shot should be cast on the move

Plague and Lich changes are fine, the skills themselves should be updated, but that is a different story.

Well of Blood needs to have its scaling on pulses approximately doubled (needs to be 83% increase per pulse exactly, to make up for the unwarranted nerf way back), at which point it is great

SoV needs its passive to work in DS, and also have a 1s ICD per attacker

Blood Fiend needs to have its passive scale with healing power, if not a change so that it has split healing over time, some no matter what, and some tied to landing its attack

Consume Conditions should absolutely get shelter treatment and stay as it currently is

Plague and Lich changes are fine

a elite skill should feel rewarding to use not to be a painful reminder of what it once were or what it could have been

SoV passive should scale to multiple enemies would be a nice alternative as well, however the active is still kitten tier

well of blood is a heal over time which needs a higher heal really it only pulse for 5 seconds at its base cool down and healing even SoV looks better

Plague should have either been a mobile well or a 20second stationary one with 600 radius. Lich as a spectral is perfect. Power necro getting alot of buffs and lich was gamechanging before. 100% agree with getting well of blood to pulse condiclear, LF, or more healing.

a stationary plague is interesting but controlling what kind of pulse u get might be difficult (i personally prefer all 3)

Both would still be absolutely strong. Plague’s only nerf was the self bleeding which won’t do that much, and Lich rarely needed that last 5 seconds anyway. I’m not saying they shouldn’t be changed, I’ve said a lot how I want them to be, but those were reasonable changes unlike CC’s change.

Like I said, 83% higher ratio is all it needs, brings it back to pre-nerf, but with some other buffs since then related to traiting. Would be viable then, especially with the new BM tree.

u have 6 seconds to land that 400 ish heal/hit which imo u wont get 6 hits mroe like kitten

assuming 450 ur coming down to 2250 hp which pulse the base heal is around what consume would give u if u remove 2-3 condition which imo is not great

its not bad running it with a dedicated party or MM but its terrible solo
