Guild Wars 2

I am having a tough time figuring out what sigils to use on my scepter/dagger as well as my staff and was hoping some of you might be able to share what you use and why you prefer it. Anybody have any suggestions? Also, do sigils on your offhand (for example a chill on offhand dagger) only proc if you are using offhand skills?

Sigil of Earth for high crit builds. Sigil of Doom for non high crit builds. I like sigil of energy for my off-hand as the dodge is quite nice.
