Would be great if i could get some tips on gear for an allround wvw/solo pve/dueling gear n rune choice for condi. I was considering some viper tho need more asc first. Is Carrion an ok middle ground on a signet reaper build, with maybe some power tough on offsets? Or mercenary like stats, as the new amu? Id like to do nearly as much dmg possible but with some survivability in mind.
