Dear Jon,
on behalf of the ranger community i d like to request a simple answer on this post which wouldnt take you more than 20 seconds to reply.
After 6 months of launch the ranger class, as you may very well know, has been nothing but complains and to make matters worse getting nerfed, pet mechs being absolutely useless, trait lines are so far behind any other class its terribly frustrating, warriors, for instance, have better dps with our main weapon (that being the longbow), etc, etc.
That being said we would just like to see from you or anyone on the dev team a simple “yeah guys we are working on the ranger class, although fixes wont come out til mid year”.
Personally i trully enjoy playing the ranger class not just because of a pet (anyone can get a mini and move on with their lives), but my ele and my warrior are in so many ways superior (in both pvp and pve) i find myself neglecting the one class that shouldnt be about how smart a pet AI is, at least in my opinion.
If these nerfs were, are, and will be about bots, just let us know, addressing the issue about the complete lack of ranger improvements and communication is the only thing this community requests atm.
