Guild Wars 2

So I recently started to play with my ranger in PvP again (not WvW) with a LB/GS build (Power Ranger).
Thing is that I don’t deal much dmg, around 400 dmg per aa. Is that normal or am I doing something wrong?

Keep in mind that I’m “fairly” new to PvP, played PvE and WvW before and the dmg there is pretty neat as expected.

Did you assign your traits, amulet and runes? There is a PvP build button at the top middle of your screen. It’s not the same as your PvE build.
