Allies aid, I love you
The one that makes you cast “search and rescue” when you start reviving an ally? It’s not bad I suppose, but the huge cooldown makes it not worth taking.

You can just tag an ally and move on, the pet will finish the res.
Yep, amazing skill. Been doing some amazing cluch reviving with this one.
simply a Awesome Trait , especially when combined with timbre that swiftness and regen its not much but it helps everyone every time you manage to tag a res.
tag res > team swiftness+regen>swiftness player>peels and poof his gone while a team mate is revived back up to 50%+regen.
already have had some amazing plays with this highly underrated trait , amazing for higher tier skill play , combine that with Time warp! lol pretty much insta res with zyphers speed if you pop pet swap>res.
When I saw the existence of this trait, I immediately fell in love with it. It revives allies so fast, it can determine if you win a fight or not.
I also really love this trait. It allows rangers to revive an ally without actually spending time reviving, so we can use our skills to fight off stompers while the pet is doing the menial work. Or just double up on rezzing to do it faster. Great trait.
Time to make a Superior Rune of Mercy / Allies aid spvp build to troll people.
Credit where it’s due; Allies Aid is a sincerely good trait.
I like it and I hate it, on it’s own it’s very kitten nice of course but I have a habit of using my wolf to fear while I start to rez people and this overwrites his awfully slow howl (in this case it is awfully slow) to go rez instead…

It is too bad that shouts cancel skills and overwrite each other like this, in this case I think they should make the pet finish its F2 and then start the rez. Pet F2 channels should be a lot quicker too imo.
But yeah, it looks like a great trait for PvP, looking forward to running it actually.
It’s definitely really good. I’ve been using it for a while and haven’t switched back. The main reason I tried it is because the other two trait options are Most Dangerous Game-level of bad.
I guess it mostly shines in PvP, but I’ve been running it in WvW on a squishy Longbow Ranger that can rarely take the risk of rezzing someone. But when I can, it’s excellent. Sometimes it’s pretty amazing: pop Signet of Stone, jump into AoE hell and rez someone before you both die.

The exact reason why I’ve been stearing away from the trait too. It’s good, but I’m already in a habit of controlling my pet to do something while I revive.
