Just wondering if anybody is using the two traits together (Primal Echoes &Ancient Seeds) and how it works. Also if you are using any form of CC Sigils. Mischief, Hydromancy, Incapacitation, and a few others come to mind.
It may give up too much offensive power to do anything but annoy people…

It was meta in PvP before they removed cele amulet. Druid, BM, and MM with remorseless and MoC. Run it with Hydro sigil for instant seed proc and MoC for the extra damage modifier.
But then condi got super prevalent so now you pretty much have to take the condi clear trait over that instead.
Thanks. Also forgot to say I was coming at it from a WvW perspective but I’d wager it is similar. Have been toying with some of the rune/sigil options to see just how much CC annoyance I could put on people from a roaming point of view.

I use it on condi longbow and use sigil of geomancy to proc the seeds. Its nice vs thieves.
does sigil of geomancy proc the seeds? the sigil just proc bleeds which i dont think count as direct damage. Doesnt the seeds need to proc to deal direct damage?

Used to do it to troll people in Season 1 and to break bar in HoT maps.
2 x Staff (or Staff and GS). Add Moment of Clarity and Beastly Warden in the mix.
+ Wolf fear/kd and Smokescale burst/smoke field/kd.
+ Glyph of Equality
+ Hydromancy and another on swap Sigil. I don’t know, put Superior Sigil of Mischief if you’re in WvW.
