Can the accessories be crafted by jeweled? And is there any dungeon set armor wise that has apothecary stats or can it only be crafted?

No dungeon armor with apothecary stats at the moment, it is all crafted. Accessories can be crafted via a jeweler but it is expansive as “passion flowers” are rare. Mind rings can be gotten via Fotm10+ / pristines, bought via Laurels. Other pieces can be bought via Guild Commendations or Laurels+etcos (not 100% on necks mind, as i have never checked). As for a back piece the best you can get at the moment is a exotic magi (Healing, precision, vitality).
