I’m not sure if this is a bug, or if it’s intended, but I really, REALLY dislike it. It’s not nearly as easy to build AF back up as it was in the beta, and to lose ALL of it because you went down is really rough. Especially since post-rally is when you’re likely to need it the most.

I’d even understand losing it all on death, although from a selfish standpoint I’d prefer it not to. But on down? Just feels unnecessarily punishing.

It wouldn’t be out of place however. Just gives you an incentive to avoid getting downed in the first place, so you can keep working on your Druidic labors for longer, so to speak. To me, it makes sense, though I wouldn’t complain if that was changed (it’s probably worse if you don’t use a Staff.)

They are trying to steer away from zerker meta.

Rally is a big part of why zerker meta has been wide spread beyond the skilled players. If you noob and miss a dodge it OK, we rally you.

That is why healing got stuffed onto a class (revenant) and an elite spec (druid). They expect us to play better now and no where is more fitting than punishing an elite spec, based on healing, for dropping in a fight.
