Anyone ever notice that the ability only applies the bleed…the actual damage of the weapon doesn’t work..

Mine says 195×5 for example.. It doesn’t do that.

umm….. i think the way that number works is that the skills does 195 damage, ( x5) means split into 5 projectiles….. so if each axe hits for near 40….. its right, and i think it only shows damage done to similar level mobs which are lightly armored so damage is reduced further against vets and champs… i think i’m right but maybe someone can confirm/correct me

well it seems to work for me. the way the damage is shown on a single target is, instead of having 195 show up 5 times it adds all the damage up and goes into a single ’’bubble’’ of damage. try testing it with you pet on passive and just using splitblade from a range so only 1 axe lands, check it if only 1 stack of bleed is applied. and then move closer and if there is 2 stacks of bleed and roughly double the damage then i see nothing to worry about.

well the ‘’damage 195’’ is not directly correspondent to the actual damage due to the damage calculation, which you can find on the Wiki. the easiest way i can prove that the splitblade works is when you use it and you see numbers, if they are not identical to the bleed tick damage then you have nothing to worry about

I’ll log in and test it again, But i wasn’t seeing any damage on mobs, only the bleeds.

K you’re right, For some reason I was think 44 was the bleeds, and i’m not really sure why rofl
