Any other tips? I know madking runes will summon hawks upto 900 range away on stealthed characters also. Does Entangle work aswell or no?

River Drake F2 is a targeted channeled skill, like Rapid Fire. Hit F2 before the target stealths and after the casting time the lightning bolts will shoot at the (invisible) target.

It seems obvious to me now, but i only discovered it recently fighting a thief near Anza, hit F2, he disappeared, then the bolts started hitting the air and he reappeared down.

Sword autoattack is probably the best thing to track down stealthed players.

Fire sigil helps too

I use both GS and 1h sword autoattacks to locate downed thieves, also you could try bumping up the in game sounds as you can hear them crying for help, that way you have a bit easier time to locate the spot where you should be swinging your sword at. Entangle works as well if they are in the range.

Wouldnt that Sic em in your bar work just as good ?

Some did not understand.

FINDING downed thieves in long stealth not preventing it/precasting prevention skills(what am I a Jedi?)

Still the question, will casting entangle tic dmg on a stealthed healing downed thief to interrupt them? Or will vines not spawn at all?

I’m a bit confused here! More often than not when there’s someone down and a thief comes and pops Shadow Refuge on top of the downed person, then I use my Entangle and the roots shows me where they are at and then I can swing my sword at it o: How is that broken?

depending on my build and what i have on my bar at the time, i use barrage, torch 5, entangel, MT, dog howls, drake aoe and GS auto
