Best amulet for a Spirit Ranger [PvP]?
Shaman of course. If you run 10/0/30/30/0 its by far the best for you.
I’d like more of an explanation as to why, but would you suggest something like this then?

Not exactly. You should have Shared Anguish/Hide in Plain Sight for stun breakers and take Storm Spirit instead of Lighting Relflexes. Also would suggest you to have one energy sigil per hand because your ‘stun breakers’ is dodges/evades so energy is always needed. This is exactly what i run in spvp

Noted. But if I could bring discussion back to the amulet, why Shaman?
Because it has the three most important stats you can have for a spirit range in spvp. In pve i would suggest you to use Apothecary which is better. Its a regen condi damage tank build so toughness/healing/condi damage is as good as it gets.
Note that Nuka is using Dwayna runes, not Forge like you’ve got on your build Anti.
Without Dwayna I dont think healing power is going to do much for you since you wont much much regen uptime anyway.
Gunnar’s Hold
Forge runes can be swapped out for Undead for damage, or Dwayna for healing.

Carrion is for going up against more condition based teams, and is run by a lot more EU teams (for whatever reason) than NA teams. Each build has their merits, although more than likely, if you’re solo Qing/Hotjoining, the shamans build is going to be better since you have higher toughness and people you’ll be up against won’t be coordinated enough to run condition heavy teams.
Just a matter of preference really, I personally switch back and forth depending on the team I’m up against and the team that I’m on/what position I’ll be playing.
