I haven’t heard anything about this, but I am almost certain I’ve never gotten heals from my bird when using Lick Wounds in downed state. I’m talking about eagle/hawk/owl/raven. They fly up, land near you then just stand there, no heals whatsoever.

Every pet is bugged to some extent with ‘lick wounds’, the canines manage it half the time at best.

All pets seemed to be bugged. It is quite annoying to have ones pet doing nothing when one uses the skill.

I see this thread is almost 1 month old and still no fix, this happens with every pet and almost all the time.

It happens when you’re downed on any kind of a hill. The pet has to be literally ON you for the skill to work properly, and a hill will cause them to stop with you either slightly higher or lower than them and therefore out of their range.
