This is a question directly to ANet, if there is any incentive to answer it.

But my question is very simple:

When are the broken ranger skills going to be fixed?
I am in particular really annoyed by skills such as lightning reflexes, working some times.

Lick wounds in downed state, working some times.

Binding roots, working sometimes, it seems to like missing people moving around normally.

The skill 2 in downed state “an interrupt” Working some times.

These may be minor for pve content, but they make or break a fight in pvp, and as such require some attention.

Lightning reflexes-Never had problems using it although it is hindered by Immbolizes,chills and cripples.

Lick wounds-I have been noticing the same thing lately but not sure.

Entangle-Its good for catching noobs but most people can dodge, kill your binding roots most time but its still a fun skill for me.

Edit: down skill 2 doesnt work if they have stability, stealth or invulns.

I am aware of the conditions where it is supposed not to work, it’s when it doesn’t work and those conditions are not present, that is the frustrating part.

Shot bow skill number 3 has the same issue, nothing which should stop it, you just jump into the air and land on the same spot.

hmm, not sure but i will run into zergs in wvw and use it and see what happens.

Switch classes or play another game.
Anet can’t balance/fix for kitten, even though we ask for those ranger fix/buffs since the start of the game.

Downed 2 won’t work on targets with stability or targets who have aegis. Additionally it can be dodged because it counts as a normal attack.
