Last night i change to the bear for the first time since release tho i logged off and didnt get to try it but i will give it a shot today and see how it works now, also with protect me it might be good. since in wvw pet are useless well better to have him by my side and remove condition/take damage for me lol

Pets are only useless if you want them to be – a true ranger will take to account that your playing a ranger it has a PET and it account for MOST of your DPS

By using F2 quickly and swapping pets on cooldown. Hopefully you weren’t relying on Protect Me.

No I wouldn’t touch the shouts even with a 10-foot pole.

Yea I tried it out a bit last night, it works nice as a condition remover now. Call me a bear bow I dont care :p , it frees up a slot where I used to keep signet of renewel so its worth it. Just got to keep pet on passive so it doesnt run into zerg and die constantly lol. I slot in protect me since the bear can take it, I basically have an offensive (wolf) and defensive pet (brown bear).

Which…It should be said, that a majority of Ranger players do not take their pets into account at all, because they think pets are always useless.
