I made a build that uses axe + torch, each with 7% “inflicted burn duration sigils” in them. I also have armor runes that increase burn duration by 10%, and another set that increase burn duration by 5%. I don’t see any change in tool tip with 29% increased burn duration, even when i remove all my gear, it is the same…HELP!!
