I was wondering if Celestial Druid is still a thing, and whether it works well.

I don’t remember it being a thing.
Not even once.

It was a thing for WvW. Nowhere else.
If anyone said it was – he was probably horrible. I hope I didn’t offend anyone specifically.

It’s too tanky for pve.

You can run anything with it pretty much but overall it would not be an optimized build worth posting especially since the gear is gated.
